Sin See Tai, first opened its doors in 2017, in an obscure part of Melaka, Malaysia. Started off as an experimental ground for The Daily Fix where the team started deepening their coffee knowledge, roasting and tasting coffee. It’s where they put their hands in fermentation, brewing their own kombucha and where the family bakery started.
