Panther Coffee was founded in Miami in 2010 and spearheaded the specialty coffee scene in South Florida. It was built on a passion for sourcing, roasting, and preparing delicious coffee.
The company’s founders, Leticia and Joel Pollock, have deep relationships with coffee-producing communities across the globe. The Panther Coffee team takes pride in roasting to bring out each coffee’s unique characteristics and then carefully brewing and serving delicious coffee in a welcoming, inclusive, and unpretentious way.
Panther Coffee is committed to positive change through better coffee. They collaborate on rainwater harvesting in Uganda, compost waste, and assist farmers in Haiti. They also repurpose burlap bags with artisans. With roasteries in Miami and Traverse City, Panther contributes to the evolving North American specialty coffee scene.
