Presta Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery located in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Presta has been operating in Tucson since 2014 and roasts in small batches using a 15 kg Joper roaster.
At Presta, they treat coffee with great care, preserving the work of the producers and sharing their knowledge about the multiple facets of specialty coffee. When sourcing green coffee, Presta works with key farmers and buys beans from the same farms every year, though they are also open to bringing in coffee from new producers.
In their coffee shops, they offer coffees processed in the most traditional ways (natural, washed, and honey), but they are also passionate about finding beans processed with more innovative methods in the hope of fostering the evolution of coffee and the innovation of producers.
