Café Melosa (f. 2012) is a micro-roastery in Caracas, led by engineer and food technician Kleidys Ramírez, a certified SCA/CQI Q Arabica Grader.

They operate in three locations built with 50-70% recycled material, each with a particular dessert offering. They roast coffee from La Guaira and maintain alliances with coffee growers from other important states in the country, participating in National and International Auctions. Additionally, they offer chocolate bars with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).

The Melosa Team is a family where everyone has the opportunity to express their creativity and ideas, acting as key pieces for daily evolution. Thirteen years ago, they rescued the Melosa and Bejarana cakes, two colonial-era desserts, and they offer the best alfajor in the country along with a variety of South American sweets (Tres Leches, Bienmesabe, Guanábana, etc.).
