D’Sala Caffè was born in 2014 in Lima, Peru, from Alessandra Sala’s dream and her deep desire to do things with heart.
Their goal is to bring to the table coffee with a story, a name, and a family behind it. Every bean that reaches their cups originates from the hands of Peruvian coffee farmers who work with love and respect for the land.
At D’Sala, everything is artisanal: from the coffee they roast to the food and desserts they prepare daily. They are a coffee shop, yes, but also a reminder that things made with love and purpose taste different.
