HB Bronze Coffeebar is a stylish specialty café located at Plaza Tomás Frías 1570 in La Paz.
It’s part of the Hierro Brothers’ concept, combining Bolivian coffee ‒ often toasted and blended in-house ‒ with a sophisticated bar and bistro menu.
The design strikes a balance between traditional and modern: furniture is handcrafted from antique bronze beds and sewing machine legs, creating what they call “urban archaeology.”
Their baristas use a variety of brewing methods (AeroPress, Chemex, Fretta), and each cappuccino is served with a small chocolate biscuit.
