Kajue Café started in October 2019 in the heart of Palermo Soho in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires – Argentina.
They successfully consolidated themselves as a space for delicious eating with sweet and savory options, always accompanied by excellent specialty coffee prepared with single-origins from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, or Colombia over the years.
Their offering is primarily aimed at young people and adults residing in Buenos Aires (CABA) and tourists (both local and foreign) who value bean quality and enjoy drinking well-prepared coffee, whether from an espresso machine or filtering methods like V60, Chemex, and French Press.
It is worth noting that they are proud to contribute to the education of customers who, initially unfamiliar with specialty coffee, have learned and appreciated its traceability during their visit to the shop, and today value it in a special way.
