KOF – king of the fork is a coffee shop dedicated to specialty coffee and cycling culture.
Their venue opened its doors in São Paulo in 2014 with the intention of being a meeting point for cyclists and locals. They created KOF as a welcoming place with a warm team ready to provide unforgettable experiences. They are characterized by their meticulously prepared coffees, their snacks, and their passion for cycling.
KOF stands for KING OF THE FORK, and its name alludes to the KOM (King of the Mountain) prize, awarded to the cyclist who accumulates the most points in the climbs of major tours such as the Tour de France, the Giro d’Italia, and the Vuelta a España. The «fork» (horquilla/fork in a bicycle) is a common element in both worlds: on one hand, as an eating utensil, and on the other, as the part of the bicycle that holds the front wheel.
