Marrón Café is a specialty coffee shop and artisanal chocolatier born in Valencia, Venezuela, celebrating the union between two sister cultures: Venezuela and Colombia.

Recognized among the Top 100 coffee shops in South America 2025, Marrón represents a new generation of spaces where quality, creativity, and local identity converge.

Their proposal starts with respect for origin and traceability. They work with carefully selected Venezuelan and Colombian specialty coffees, and with fine aroma cocoas of Venezuelan origin. This combination allows them to offer a unique sensory experience where coffee and cocoa converse in balance.

Beyond coffee, their cuisine is modernized criolla (local/traditional): they reinterpret the traditional flavors of Venezuela and Colombia through contemporary techniques and international trends. Every dish is born from local products—plantain, cassava, papelón (cane sugar), queso llanero (regional cheese), cocoa, ají dulce (sweet chili)—transformed with a current language.

At Marrón, hospitality, design, and innovation go hand in hand with a strong commitment to producers and sustainability. Their aesthetic, warm and minimalist, evokes the land, the origin, and the soul of Latin American coffee.

Every cup, every dish, every detail seeks to tell the story of Latin flavor with pride, precision, and emotion.
