Negro Cueva de Café was founded in 2015 with the purpose of offering a new and pleasant experience to the public in Buenos Aires, becoming the first specialty coffee bar in the downtown area of the city.
Their coffee is prepared and served by trained and certified baristas, who guide customers in discovering every detail of the coffee they enjoy.
In 2020, they took a major step: they opened their own roastery, Fuego Tostadores (Fire Roasters). Since then, they select, roast, and serve their coffee, taking care of every stage, from bean to cup.
To optimize service and ensure quality throughout their chain of coffee shops, they have their own school, Negro Escuela (Negro School), which offers internal training, certifications, and courses for baristas.
