Founded by barista champion Harrysson Neira, the café is deeply rooted in Peruvian coffee culture, sourcing beans directly from producers across regions like Cajamarca, Cusco, and Villa Rica.
They roast with precision in-house and offer brewing methods that highlight every origin—think Origami filter, V60, espresso, and seasonal cold brews.
The space, recently refreshed, features a bespoke design and a curated baked goods menu from pastry chef Zara Alanya, making it a refined yet welcoming spot to savor Peruvian coffee.
