In the heart of Laureles, Medellín—a neighborhood with history and plenty of greenery—they converted one of its charming houses into their café. They preserved its essence and architecture to offer a warm and cozy atmosphere.
At Pergamino, they produce, roast, and serve the highest quality coffees in Colombia. Furthermore, they work hand-in-hand with more than 1,500 allied producers across the country. Most of these coffees are exported green to different parts of the world, and contrary to what normally happens in Colombia, they do not export some of the very best lots; instead, they roast them and serve them in their specialized coffee shops in Medellín, or ship them through their e-commerce throughout Colombia, the United States, and Canada.
