Puma Café is a specialty coffee café and roastery based in Lima, Peru, located at Av. Arenales 1199 in Santa Beatriz.
It was founded in 2011 by Central Café & Cacao with a mission to support coffee producers through a fair, traceable supply chain.
Puma is the first Peruvian coffee brand with triple certification — Organic, Specialty, and Fair Trade (SPP).
Their café offers a broad menu: espresso-based drinks, filter methods (V60, Aeropress, Chemex), cold brews, and even a unique orange cold brew made with coffee’s dried fruit.
Puma also sells their roasted coffee in different lines — Gold Selection (90+ point micro-lots), Premium (85–89 points), and other certified blends.
