Stratto is a Coffee Cellar (Bodega de café) where you can find specialty coffees of different quality ranges and diverse origins within Ecuador.
They have the opportunity to work directly with many farms, meaning they can witness the coffee harvest and be part of the post-harvest processes. Furthermore, they roast their coffee, bringing out the best potential of each varietal to have it available in their cellar.
In 2024, they reopened their Coffee Shop, drawing inspiration from the world’s iconic flavors for their gastronomic proposal. They start with the exquisite Mediterranean tastes of Greece, Italy, Morocco, and France, extending to the exotic creations of Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico, all with slight personalized touches of their Ecuadorian ingredients.
