TASTA is a coffee family with deep roots in the land of Llaylla, Satipo – Junín, Peru, located at 1,550 meters above sea level (m.a.s.l.). On their farm, they passionately cultivate varieties such as Caturra, Catuai, Gesha, Pacamara, and Maragogype, and will soon incorporate new varietals that will continue to enrich their story.
They are dedicated to producing specialty coffees using different processes: double fermented washed, lactic fermentation, honey, and natural. More than a decade of work, learning, and love for coffee has allowed them to export micro-lots and nano-lots to specialty coffee shops in the United States, Canada, and London, in addition to obtaining more than five coffees with 90+ points in Coffee Review.
A few months ago, they started a new dream: opening their coffee shop in Lima, in the Jesús María district, to bring their experience closer, from the seed to the cup. They want to share with every visitor the art of coffee cultivation, the unique flavors of their processes, and the effort of those who make every bean possible.
At Tasta, every cup tells a story, and theirs is made of dedication, gratitude, and respect for the land.
From the farm to your cup, with the same great flavor as always. And in case you were wondering: TASTA stands for doing things with LOVE and FLAVOR.
