Every year, they prioritize direct engagement with their coffee producers by closing their shops and taking their team to the farms. They spend a week working alongside the farmers, experimenting with fermentations and processing techniques, which directly influence the coffees they offer in their stores. They even organize coffee competitions on the farms, fostering a spirit of collaboration and innovation.
They are also deeply invested in elevating Peruvian barista talent. They consistently participate in the National Barista Championships and are honored to have three national champions on their team.
