Strut Coffee is a fine coffee roastery located in Busan, South Korea. Established in 2016 by Minwook Ku, the roastery initially operated in Gimhae, a city near Busan. In September 2022, it relocated to Jeonpo, a district in Busan known for its blend of old and new cultural influences.
The name «Strut» refers to a structural support, symbolizing the important role in harmonizing and balancing complex coffee flavors.
Strut Coffee is situated in a renovated old house from the 1960s, reflecting the area’s historical charm while providing a modern coffee shop experience.
