Toby’s Estate Flagship Café in Chippendale is an experiential-based venue that focuses on the customer experience and educating people in their coffee journey.
Unlike traditional cafes, the Chippendale Flagship breaks down the barriers between the customer and barista. This café is about giving guests a peek behind the curtain: they can wander around, get close to baristas as they brew coffees, and feel a sense of connectivity and excitement.
The coffee menu will offer a monthly rotation of unique single origins, limited edition Flavour Savour blends, and an extensive frozen menu boasting a high scoring array of very special coffees ranging from those used to win the Australian Brewers cup championship and others exploring innovative and unique processing methods.
