Yorks Cafe is a specialty coffee roastery, located in Birmingham, UK. Born in Birmingham in 2012, Yorks Cafe is built on a foundation of passionate people, defining itself as a new-generation coffee shop, all-day café and social space. Their stripped back use of raw woods, metals and concrete in their coffee shops is a reflection of the stripped back, soulful food they love to serve – inspired by the travels of their team.
Recognised as one of the top brunch destinations in the country by both the Sunday Times and the Observer, they’re continuing to push boundaries, experimenting with new menu concepts and, since 2016, roasting their own speciality coffee in-house at Stephenson Street.
