Birch is a specialty coffee shop, bakery, and brunch spot based in Portree on the Isle of Skye, with a second location in Inverness.
Founded by Niall Munro in 2020, Birch focuses on locally sourced produce from the Scottish Highlands and Islands, served alongside a rotating selection of coffees with an extensive espresso and filter offering. With a minimalist design, every detail of the space is carefully considered, from custom-made ceramics to furniture crafted by local tradespeople.
