Flat White Specialty Coffee began when Nasser Al-Naemi and Maryam Al-Bader turned their lifelong love of coffee into a shared mission. Their goal was to bring Specialty Coffee and Third Wave culture to Qatar. They traveled the world, trained, researched, and tasted everything from outstanding brews to cups we would rather forget. Those experiences shaped exactly what they wanted to create.
In 2016, they opened the first Flat White shop in Doha. The aim was clear: to build a welcoming hub for quality coffee, learning, and community. Since then, Flat White has grown into a recognized name in Qatar’s café scene, known for ethically sourced beans, highly skilled baristas, and a consistent commitment to excellence.
Flat White is about doing things right. Great coffee, made with care, served in a space that feels like home.
