Coffee Colors is a Honduran specialty coffee shop created by young siblings Douglas and Marlith in Santa Rosa de Copán, located in western Honduras. Coffee Colors is a new way to experience coffee: through colors, they represent the diversity of the coffee world, where different profiles and sensory experiences invite each person to discover their own color at the coffee bar.
More than a coffee shop, they are a community that connects the origin, the producer, and the consumer. Each visit introduces more people to the specialty market, providing knowledge about origins, farms, processes, and coffee cherry by-products.
