Paper Mill is a specialty coffee roastery and a bakery with three cafés in Tallinn. Opened in 2020, after bringing a decade of London’s specialty coffee experience back home, the flagship café and roastery was set up in a historic 1912 pulp and paper factory fire station building, inspiring the name. Sourcing seasonal coffees through transparent supply chains, they bring up to 27 releases a year to their brew bars. The filter lineup is served on Origami and batch brew alongside two rotating espresso selections, with pastries made daily at their bakery, Bakermill.
