Tucked into the ground floor of a modern building near Basarab Bridge, MABÓ ONE is where precision meets warmth. The space was designed from bare concrete up: raw ceilings, white metal, natural wood, and a floating LED logo that seems to hover between inside and out.
At 7 metres tall, the interior breathes: custom pendant lights cascade overhead, organic mirrors catch the light, and a curved central table invites you to linger. Outside, the same flowing shapes continue in a generous terrace, where a winding bench wraps around a tree and the whole street slows down for a moment.
Behind the bar, coffee roasted by Bogdan Georgescu — World Coffee Roasting Vice Champion is the undisputed star. MABÓ ONE is not just a place to drink coffee, it is a place worth coming back to.
