Stow Coffee at the City Museum of Ljubljana is one of the pioneering specialty coffee shops in Slovenia. Opened in 2016 in the historic atrium of the City Museum, the café combines a contemporary approach to specialty coffee with a minimalist interior and the cultural character of Ljubljana’s old town.
The space offers carefully selected seasonal specialty coffees, single-origin coffees, and exclusive rare and competition-level coffees from the Stow Rare series, freshly roasted in its own roastery. Each cup is prepared to express the coffee’s origin, variety, processing method, and terroir—with the same attention to detail found in fine wine.
