Sailor Coffee was born in Guayaquil in 2016 and was a pioneer in bringing specialty coffee to Ecuadorian consumers.
The brand transformed the idea of a traditional coffee shop into an experience centered around gastronomy, design, community, and culture. It has managed to combine Ecuadorian specialty coffee, food inspired by local and international flavors, design, art, music, and welcoming hospitality in spaces designed for guests to linger.
