Founded in 2021, Café Calderón began in a food truck, driven by a love for coffee, gastronomy, and service. Today, it is part of Santiago as a space where every detail is born from passion: from the aroma that welcomes guests upon entering to the respect with which their baristas seek the best expression of coffee in every season.
