BNKR is a contemporary specialty coffee brand shaped by taste, atmosphere, and individuality.
The project itself began in 2018, when the first passion for coffee emerged and the earliest ideas for BNKR started to take shape. The first coffee shop opened in 2022 in the historic center of Tbilisi, followed by a second location in early 2023. From the very beginning, BNKR established itself as a distinctive place with its own rhythm and emotional presence.
At its core, BNKR is built on a professional approach to coffee. The brand works exclusively with its own roasting and continues to develop a product culture that combines technical precision with originality. Signature drinks such as the Pomegranate Red Coffee, refined flavor development, and more experimental directions – including rum post-infusion – are all part of BNKR’s ongoing exploration of what specialty coffee can become when craft is paired with curiosity.
But BNKR is not only about what is served. It is also about the atmosphere that defines the space. From interior design and visual language to the pace of service and the smallest emotional details, everything is considered in order to create one cohesive impression. Even the presence of the brand’s cats – Hario, Chemex, and their adoptive mother Varya, who have lived on the coffee shop grounds since the earliest days – has become part of BNKR’s living identity and atmosphere.
