Located in Milan’s vibrant Navigli district, Bugan Coffee Lab is a specialty coffee bar that breaks with tradition: no sugar is offered at the counter, encouraging guests to move beyond their habits and discover the natural complexity of coffee. The menu changes weekly and features single-origin coffees, including competition lots, all roasted in-house and served through a variety of brewing methods.
The venue also includes the Sensory Room, an intimate and immersive space dedicated to Star Experiences: personalized tastings centered around rare and exclusive coffee lots. Sessions are led by industry professionals, including Italian champions and world-level competitors. Beyond the tasting itself, guests are introduced to the stories, expertise, and firsthand experiences baristas have gained through origin trips and direct relationships with producers.
