Fuglen is all about quality products and good moments. They have been serving specialty coffee in Oslo since 1963 and opened their first coffee and cocktail bar in Tokyo in 2012. Two years later, they founded their own coffee roastery based on direct trade principles, now located in Tokyo and Oslo, with worldwide distribution.
Fuglen Coffee Roasters Oslo is a combined coffee bar, cocktail bar, and coffee roastery in Oslo’s old town (Gamlebyen). Here guests can get fresh coffee from 07:00 in the morning, work or read, hang out with friends, enjoy live jazz all year round, and experience small-scale urban food production. The roastery has been roasting and shipping coffee to bars and restaurants in Europe and North America since its opening in 2018.
