At the heart of Riga’s creative Miera Street district, Rocket Bean Roastery has become one of the defining names of Baltic specialty coffee. More than a café, it is a working roastery, bakery, retail space, and gathering place for the city’s growing coffee community. Established in 2015, the venue was created as the home of Rocket Bean’s roasting operation and remains the brand’s flagship location today.
The experience begins the moment you step inside. Natural light, industrial details, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee create a space that feels both energetic and welcoming. One of the café’s signature features is the glass wall separating the seating area from the roastery, allowing guests to watch the roasting process unfold while enjoying their coffee.
Coffee is the clear focus. Rocket Bean sources beans from coffee-growing regions across Africa, Central America, Latin America, and Asia, roasting them in-house with an emphasis on transparency, consistency, and seasonality. Guests can choose from expertly prepared espresso drinks or explore filter brewing methods such as V60 and Chemex.
