There are places where coffee is truly lived.

At Diez Mil Pies Coffee Lab, coffee represents process, community, and culture in constant motion. This space in León, Mexico, was conceived as an open laboratory where every stage—from bean to cup—is part of the experience.

They roast on-site, integrating aromas and technique into the daily routine. Roasting is not a hidden element but an invitation to understand coffee from its origin. They apply this same philosophy to their cuppings, where customers actively participate, developing their palates and connecting with the nuances of each profile.

Their bar, inspired by the dynamics of a contemporary cantina, redefines the relationship between the barista and the visitor. There is no separation here: only dialogue, closeness, and a shared experience around every drink.

The space also serves as a platform for local art. Throughout the coffee shop, works by regional artists coexist with the daily flow, providing identity and depth to the environment.

Beneath the Coffee Lab lies a surprise: «The Hangar.» What is originally a warehouse for coffee sacks transforms into an art gallery in the basement. It is an unexpected space where raw materials and artistic expression coexist in a raw and carefully curated atmosphere.

Diez Mil Pies Coffee Lab is not just a coffee shop; it is a place where they ensure coffee is explored, shared, and lived in all its dimensions.
