15 Coffee Company is a roastery, specialty coffee school, and café dedicated to promoting Brazil’s high‑quality coffee culture. With its own coffee farm in southern Minas Gerais and a careful curation of beans from small‑scale producers, it seeks much more than quality, transparency, and respect for the supply chain—it seeks stories and genuine human connections, always over a shared cup of coffee.
Founded in 2020 by Aline Codo and Daniel Carvalho, the company brings together two complementary visions rooted in a shared passion for coffee.
Aline is a fourth‑generation coffee producer from southern Minas Gerais, where her family’s deep‑rooted connection to the land spans decades. She holds the Q Processing Professional certification from the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), with a specialized focus on post‑harvest processes—a field in which she blends technical precision with generations of hands‑on wisdom.
Daniel holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Food Technology, a background that gives him a scientific perspective on flavour, chemistry, and consistency. He is an SCA-certified Barista and Roasting Professional and also works as a marketing consultant, with a particular focus on coffee consumer behaviour and consumption habits.
