Founded in 2025, Mijito is a specialty coffee shop with two locations in Argentina—one in Godoy Cruz and the other in the heart of Mendoza City. Inspired by the classic neighborhood «cafetín» but driven by a fresh, youthful vision, Mijito was designed as an open house built around the culture of coffee, hospitality, and daily refinement.
Run by a close-knit group of family and friends, the project centers on simple pleasures: exceptional coffee, house-made food, good music, and warm service. Their brew bar features a rotating monthly selection of pour-overs from roasters around the globe, alongside a strong focus on precision espresso and milk-based drinks. Everyday essentials include freshly baked pastries prepared in-house and a daily curated soundtrack, creating a timeless yet vibrant gathering space for the community.
