Founded in 2015 as the first specialty coffee shop in Caracas, Savignano Café is a pioneer of specialty coffee in Venezuela. Located in El Hatillo, Edo. Miranda, the brand works directly with coffee farmers across the country and houses its own roastery, cupping room, and barista training school on-site.
The café features a house-made menu of pastries and baked goods crafted by the head pastry chef—co-owner and wife of founder Luis Savignano.
