From the beginning, their goal has been to offer an authentic experience, bringing traceable, sustainable, and carefully processed coffee to Rome – and subsequently to Italy and abroad.
At Faro, every coffee comes from single plantations, selected and roasted directly by them under their brand Aliena Coffee Roasters. This allows them to guarantee the highest quality and transparency, sharing the work of the producers and offering our guests a unique tasting experience.
At Faro, they also specialize in bakery, lunch, and brunch, combining coffee with contemporary and refined cuisine. Their commitment to excellence has led them to solidifying Faro as a point of reference in the Roman hospitality scene and the international specialty scene.
